Technical Description

In this assignment, you
are going to describe a home for sale. This may be any home you choose but it
may be easier to describe your own since you have the ability to provide
detailed information regarding dimensions, electrical capacity, square footage,
transportation routes and so forth. Graphics, photos and a combination of
colorful and technical language will be required for this assignment.

Look online for
examples of how realtors, developers and other professionals in the housing
industry integrate both technical and marketing language to appeal to
prospective buyers. Make sure you use graphics, data and other reader friendly
designs to move your reader.

Three pages minimum
are required for this assignment but you may use document design, PowerPoint,
web page or other similar medium as your platform.
