Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Clause
The learning team charter is
basically a contract that is executed in each class at UOPx and agreed to by
each of the team’s members.
Design
and Write Out below
an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) clause that might be used by a Learning
Team to resolve disagreements among its members. The clause must be suitable
for use by any Learning Team in any course of your program.
Indicate the types of
disputes that would be included in the clause
Indicate the type(s)
of ADR that will be used to resolve the dispute and
Indicate the timeframe that the ADR would take
place.
