making a video of yourself dancing the choreographic sequence

Remember the most important aspects of Contemporary dance as you prepare this submission. It is a good idea to have someone else film you so that they can make sure your whole body from head to toe is in the video frame as points will be deducted if I cannot see your entire movement. Your facial expressions are important as well. No robotic dancing 🙂 It is important for the viewer to hear the music, so make sure you have figured out a good system for yourself and that you have a large enough space to work in.

You will be graded on Knowledge (how well do you know the choreography), Technique (execution and technical ability at the beginning level), and Performance Quality (are you dancing from within?)
