Peer Review Instructions

write at least 2 or 3 paragraphs of feedback in response to the following questions:

1. Is the resume formatted consistently and polished?
2. Is the resume missing any information or should any information on the resume be moved or changed?
3. Is the cover letter professional and polished? Are there any parts where the wording/phrasing could be improved?
4. Is the cover letter persuasive, clearly showing how your classmate might be a good candidate for the job?
5. Are the resume and cover letter clearly tailored toward the job ad? Take a look at the job ad and see if there is anything more your classmate should address to tailor the documents more effectively.
