Identify the areas where the allegations by Shawn O’Brien and the alleged retaliation seem to contradict the principles and practices embodied in the code. Support with appropriate resources a discussion of the merits, rewards, detriments, and moral hazard of whistleblowing as it relates specifically to this case and in general.
