Need Computer Savvy Tutor to Edit Project

I need someone to look at the attached guidelines for this computer build manual (also attached) and refine and edit/format it to make sure I will get the best possible grade. Essentially, this needs to look like a legitimate technical manual and I feel it is lacking. 

Also, the following needs to be added:

-Content or Indexpage at the beginning of the manual (Needs to mirror manual sections in the instructions .doc) 

-Customer Proposal (an example proposal is attached below)

-Photos for each step

-Grammar and technical terms need to be corrected 

-Citations must be included

-No Plagiarism (I have to submit the project to a pagiarism checking service in order to get credit.)
