The Assignment: Each group must pick a specific goal to complete by the end of the quarter. The goal must require the group to plan, organize and execute a specific activity. It may be as simple as cooking a dinner together or as complex as building a house for Habitat for Humanity. Size, scope, success or failure is not nearly as important as the ability to recognize organizational behaviors and correlate them to the content of the course.
Method of Evaluation:Each student will periodically submit an individual case write-up, addressing specific assignments made in class. Each write-up will be evaluated against the material covered up to that point. Grades will be based on how well the individual’s observations and group’s activities are correlated to the lessons learned.

HISTORY TO HELP YOU WRITE THE CASE:
SO THE GOAL FOR MY CLASSMATES AND I (MY GROUP) WAS TO COME TOGETHER AS A WHOLE AND COMPLETE A CASE STUDY TOGETHER BEFORE THE END OF THE SEMESTER. WE WERE SUCCESFULL IN COMPLETION OF THIS GOAL AND HOW WE WAS SUCCESFUL WAS THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND ATTENDANCE.
